Added Print-Friendly PDF

The print-friendly PDF doesn't include the full color art, and also makes a few minor additions and corrects a few minor errors (which I'll fix in the main doc at some point):

• Typo: missing word ("against") in oracle dogfights
• Tweaks to the long Utopia vignette (including the word "following" that should have been something like "filling")
• Adds a note on the crew size, just to say if you want to tell a story with like 50 or 1,000 people on board, go for it!
• Tweaked some of the B&W art
• Very minor readability edits, e.g. in the solo play core rules
