0.56: Restructured

Moved the Voyages themselves way up in the order of things, so now it's pretty much QUICK START, a few bits and pieces, and then right into the Voyages. The aspiration has always been to make them fairly self-explanatory, and I think the clutter of optional rules near the top was confusing.

I've also added a link in the PDF to the Google doc itself, so folk can always play the latest version, even if I haven't got round to uploading it yet.

I've also for now removed all the beautiful artwork. Foreseeing more changes, and when those are done, I'll restore the artwork.

What changes? Battle cards shouldn't be two possible encounters, they should be two possible versions of the same encounter. The later cards (Chapter 3 especially) should have more phrases like "someone you met earlier" or "someplace you were earlier," rather than adding as many new plot elements as they currently do.
